Dan and his team have been great to work with on our purchase. Trading in a boat and purchasing a New used boat. Dan has kept everything moving and makes us feel good about our purchase. The Northriver I traded in needed some work unbeknownst to us. Max in the service dept is a great wealth of knowledge about these boats. They also have a dunk tank out back they can put your Hamilton powered jet boat in and test it out! Very cool indeed. They're a do everything dealership and I'm glad we made the choice to go with a somewhat smaller dealership. We feel that they are very upfront and honest with us. You can feel good even if you're purchasing a used boat from them. They check everything out and make sure it's in great condition before it leaves their shop. Keep up the great work all! I would like to publicly thank Max and his team at Valley Marine. They have helped us out on numerous occasions when water toy problems come up! This time, we brought our boat back for a concern that was dealt with several years ago. Max stepped right up, scheduled it in, his team gave it the once over, it came back with a not so good report card. Max went over the options, and since the boat had not been in the water since the last services were done, 3 YEARS PRIOR, some of the concerns may have been overlooked from the last service. Maybe, maybe not. Mostly the needed repairs were due to the fact the boat is very old, and some things just wear out sitting around in this hot dry heat we have. None the less, when it was all said and done, the repairs were done, and it was time to pay up. This is when the story gets amazing!! My final bill should have been considerably more than the bill I was presented!! The entire experience in a nutshell....... let them take care of you and they will!! Best service experience I have had. Thanks for everything !! Will be back for sure!!

All I can say is if Valley Marine carries the boat brand you're after, you'd be doing yourself a disservice if you don't contact them. I've purchased many boats in my lifetime and never have I experienced this level of customer service, knowledge or advice. In contrast to most dealers who focus immediately on "selling", I lost count of how many phone calls and how much time Dan at Valley Marine spent with me early on to understand why I was purchasing a boat and how I intended to use it. We spent a lot of time brainstorming the pro's and con's of various options, electronics and power (engine) before we even started on building out the boat (Order). I've never met someone in this industry so concerned that I would be ecstatic with the final build/boat. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted when I first contacted Valley Marine - I never expected such expert advice, knowledge, and sincere focus on ensuring that all aspects and details of the final product were brainstormed, investigated and understood. I wish the rating system went far beyond 5 Star. This is the most professional, knowledgeable and engaged sales experience I've ever had. We could only wish that every company in America was as customer service focused as Valley Marine.

I didn't buy a boat from Valley Marine because they didn't have what I was looking for however I can't say enough good things about how well I was treated by Dan. He asked lots of questions so that he could give me all the answers that I needed to make a good decision about what type of boat would suit me best. He made suggestions on things that I hadn't thought about that I think will help with my boating experience. I was under time constraints and even though he didn't have what I needed he went out of his way to help me find the boat I was looking for and followed up with phone calls to make sure I didn't have further questions. We bought a 2019 Lund Impact 1875 from Valley Marine recently, and the experience was one of the best we have ever had. I had some time constraints for the purchase, and Joe in sales and the rest of the team in parts and service went above and beyond to make sure everything came together. Valley Marine Yakima is not one of those dealers that just hooks your boat to the truck and lets you go, they take the time to

make sure everything is proper from rigging, ensuring proper systems operation to detailing and water testing. On my first trip out, everything performed exactly as it should. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for an excellent customer service experience!

I never write a review in my life,but after this boat buying experience I couldnt help it. So I was in the market for a new fishing boat and let me tell you this boat dealership is the best (costumer service,sales,parts) you name it.All process was smooth Joe was very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to boat questions or electronics. All you need to do is to tell him what you want and he will go out of hes way to make it happen. Before u take the boat home they do the orientation on the water to make sure u understand everything (how to operate the boat,electronics etc) which was a bonus for me because I never owned a boat before. Well, we just had another visit to Valley Marine's service center for routine service of our main/kicker motors. Just like our last visit, the staff, from Max to Jeremiah was top notch! First time in the new building and WOW, what a great location (easy in/out) large area, large store full of accessories and CLEAN!!! Things were done when we told at the price we were told AND they also found something wrong that had I been more diligent about checking things over I would have/should have seen, but they caught it thank goodness as it will save us money and frustration in the long run. We were just very happy with the whole experience!!

To the knowledgeable and caring staff at Valley Marine, thank you for a wonderful customer experience. I purchased a Duckworth Nav Sport 20 in December 2017 and at that time they went out of their way to make the drive from Spokane to Yakama worth every mile! Later this spring, I had some problems (of my doing) that resulted in some needed repair work. Again, the staff at Valley Marine went out of their way to make things right. They worked with Duckworth to get the repair work covered under warranty even though it was outside the warranty period. Kudos to both Valley Marine and Duckworth for standing behind their product and sale! A special thanks to Max for being so knowledgeable and friendly to work with.

Our experience with dealing w/ Valley Marine for the purchase of our "dream" boat was exactly what it should be!

The service provided from Maine to Washington from Dan and Max was amazing. The knowledge they had about the boat and the building process put us at ease to purchase this boat from 3000 miles away. We cannot say enough about how the entire process went. The boat handles exactly as we hoped and told it would! We are enjoying the boat from April to December and from Lakes to the Ocean.

Recently while on a fishing trip we encountered some 8'-10' waves ; the boat handled perfectly. We never once felt the boat couldn't handle getting us through! We never broached or took on water and everyone stayed dry! Recently also on a large lake in Maine we had a gentleman stop and tell us it was the best looking fishing boat in Maine HANDS DOWN! In February we trailer-ed the boat to Florida for a week of Gulf fishing - the boat hauled all 2600 miles like a dream! Thank you again! We are off to set some lobster traps now! Stay Fishy!

When I met with my salesman, Joe, I explained that I had never owned a boat before. Joe devoted a lot of time with me to understand what I wanted to use my boat and what comforts and capabilities I might want to consider as well as general maintenance and use dos and donts. After letting Joe and the Manager know what my budget was for a boat, they absolutely amazed me by providing me not only a much nicer Lund than I had expected to be able to afford but upgraded comforts and accessories within my budget. After the sale, they had a representative travel the 1.5 hour drive to the Tri-Cities to resolve a question/concern I had. That quality of salesmanship and after-the-sale support is very very rare these days.

I recently purchased a new Lund 1825 from YV Marine. From my first phone call, they were very responsive. We discussed options and a quote and they beat the closest dealer by a substantial amount. We set up a day for a test drive and drove the 5 hours. They had the boat ready, for test drive. Then they helped me find the best financing rates in Oregon. Upon delivery of the boat, they met me in Rufus for a test drive. After having the boat out for a few times, I decided it needed a few tweaks for my liking. They agreed to meet me closer to my house and pick the boat up to take care of my changes. A would recommend Dan and his staff to anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used boat. They run a quality and customer oriented operation.

I made an appointment for my 2014 LUND Crossover to have a new fish finder installed (HDS 9, Gen 3 with two transducers). My first impression of the dealership was that it was CLEAN and organized (right down to the restrooms!) The staff was friendly and courteous, and most of all, the work done on my boat was very nice and totally to my satisfaction (Im picky). They also allowed me a same day appointment because I was from out of area, and they completed the work in a very reasonable time. For my first experience with Valley Marine, I was pleased!.

All I can say is Valley Marine went over and above to help find the boat that fits us best. It is an almost an 7 hour round trip for me and have a dealer around the corner from me. But, given the high level of customer service we received and the attention to detail, it is more than worth the trip!! Dan and his group take the time to learn what you really want and give suggestions on how to best achieve the optimal experience.
